Owen, the director is English so this project felt close to heart and it was imperative that we create a feeling reminiscent of the Sunday roast at Nanna's for our clients here in Australia.

Sometimes doing what's right for the business isn't just about following trends and what's hot right now but staying true to the feeling and emotion you are trying to create. Yorkie Rippa was a perfect example of that.

Incorporating elements of the old English pub, with the rustic charm and nostalgia of Nanna's kitchen. Our goal was to find the balance between functional fast casual eatery with the flavour of English tradition.

Bringing that childhood memory back and sharing that in Australia was a delight to be a part of and the food they serve will get everyone back for me.
