Our first point of contact with our client, Koki Anekawa was to help him find the right tenancy which once we found, we all agreed was a great location in Mudgeeraba, Gold Coast.
Keeping the space open was our first task, so applying tables and chairs as opposed to booth seating concepts allowed that connection to space to evolve.
Adding to the understanding of small space we used repeated design methods, not to overcrowd with too many different textures, allowing the design to flow much more smoothly.
The intimacy that Anekawa holds comes from its form of cast lighting and table lamps giving that warm romance to the space.
